Education Interface has announced the successful completion of the inaugural edition of the “Emirati Youth Pioneers in the Financial Sector” program (National Youth Finance Pioneers – NYFP). The selection process was based on a rigorous scientific framework, starting with over 600 high-achieving students nationwide. Candidates were screened according to academic performance, career orientation, sectoral interests, and leadership potential, including the submission of a strategic academic essay evaluating their vision and future capabilities. Program Outcomes: Developing National Leaders Following comprehensive assessments, only 30 students were selected to join this elite cohort, recognized for their maturity, competence, and readiness to excel in the financial sector.
