According to Al-Ittihad newspaper, Education Interface, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Ports Group, has announced the launch of the National Talent Empowerment Program in the Maritime and Logistics Sector. The program aims to prepare a leadership generation of Emiratis qualified for the maritime and ports sectors, as part of the UAE’s national vision that supports the empowerment of youth and the localization of strategic sectors in the country.
Dr. Mozah Saeed Al Badi, Chairperson of the Education Interface Exhibition, explained that the platform is moving forward in translating the visionary leadership’s vision into action, with a focus on empowering Emirati youth, supporting national competencies, and enhancing their skills. She highlighted the initiative’s support by His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
She added: “In partnership with Abu Dhabi Ports Group, this program is one of the manifestations of investing in young talent and strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors, contributing to achieving sustainable development goals and enhancing the UAE’s position as a global hub for excellence in education and a knowledge-based economy.”

In addition, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) and Nass News – UAE stated that the program focuses on providing real field training opportunities within the work environments at Abu Dhabi Ports, setting it apart from other training programs in the same field. The program places special emphasis on integrating academic empowerment with practical training at the largest Red Sea ports and Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy, which contributes to qualitative Emiratization, supports national talent, and creates real job opportunities for students after completing the program.
Dr. Mozah Al Badi further emphasized the platform’s commitment to developing the skills and capabilities of Emirati youth, noting that the initiative is sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan in collaboration with national partners.
