Education Interface has announced the successful completion of the inaugural edition of the “Emirati Youth Pioneers in the Financial Sector” program (National Youth Finance Pioneers – NYFP). Developed under the platform’s initiatives and in partnership with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), with the support of the Ministry of Education, the program aligns with the visionary leadership’s efforts to empower Emirati youth and enhance their role in the UAE’s sustainable and inclusive development journey.
برنامج مبتكر لتأهيل القيادات الشابة
This pioneering initiative translates the UAE’s vision into action, preparing a generation of Emirati Youth Pioneers capable of supporting the economy of the future. The program targeted an elite group of 11th and 12th grade students, focusing on developing their skills in line with the strategic objectives of Education Interface, FAB, and the Ministry of Education. The collaboration centers on community empowerment, corporate responsibility, and nurturing national talent, while fostering youth readiness for economic and professional challenges.
A Comprehensive Methodology for Success
The program distinguished itself with an integrated institutional methodology, combining academic training, leadership evaluation, and hands-on field experience within real banking environments. The selection process was based on a rigorous scientific framework, starting with over 600 high-achieving students nationwide. Candidates were screened according to academic performance, career orientation, sectoral interests, and leadership potential, including the submission of a strategic academic essay evaluating their vision and future capabilities.
Program Outcomes: Developing National Leaders
Following comprehensive assessments, only 30 students were selected to join this elite cohort, recognized for their maturity, competence, and readiness to excel in the financial sector. Participants received official certificates acknowledging their success in meeting the program’s strict standards, alongside an exclusive training opportunity at FAB branches. This initiative marks a critical step in building the next generation of leaders and Emirati Youth Pioneers in the financial sector, establishing a sustainable model that bridges public and private sector collaboration.

Leadership Vision and Emirati Youth Empowerment
Commenting on the initiative, Her Excellency Dr. Mozah Saeed Al Badi, Chairperson of Education Interface, stated:
“This initiative reflects the outputs of Education Interface, under the patronage and support of His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, contributing to the empowerment of Emirati youth, particularly in strategic and economic fields.”
